SURVIVORville 2017? Come On!

The NOU Life Expo is a one-of-a-kind event for women seeking a life that is bold, balanced and brilliant; a life that is fun, fit and flourishing.

At the NOU Life Expo, attendees shop the “streets” of vendors, network with others, meet and greet celebrities and have books signed by celebrated authors. The Expo focuses on health, fitness, fashion, skin care, nutrition and more – all things necessary for a NOU life! It will encourage ideas, imagination, and opportunities for women from all over the world.

The NOU Life Expo also features interactive and educational exhibits, demonstrations and presentations. Clothing, jewelry, health and fitness items are just a few of the product lines already registered to exhibit.

It’s held in conjunction with SURVIVORville and, like the convention is a ribbon of support for the Women Survivors Alliance (WSA).

All proceeds of NOU Life Expo registrations will benefit the educational programs of the WSA. This 501c3 organization supports America’s  women cancer survivors – ALL ages, ALL stages, ALL cancers – assisting them as they reenter their lives after a cancer diagnosis and treatment.

EXPO DETAILS:
The NOU Life Expo will have two areas – and lobby area advocacy area and a secure sales expo.  Both will be in the main thoroughfare of the SURVIVORville activities at the Millennium Maxwell House.

Each vendor booth space includes a skirted table, two chairs and trash bin. Additional skirted tables, chairs electricity, internet access as well as additional space, can be reserved at a discounted rate.

Two vendor attendee badges are also included with each NOU Life Expo booth. SURVIVORville 2017 evening events will be incredible, fun and exciting, with the best of Nashville entertainment! Badged vendors are invited to attend all evening activities and sessions while the Expo is closed. We encourage you to spend the time networking with the attendees, guests and organizations to best maximize your time and efforts at the 2017 event.

Once you receive your Expo confirmation, please email the name of your two booth attendees to Karen@survivorsconvention.com.  Badges, along with two goody bags will be available at the SURVIVORville Registration Desk on Thursday, July 20, beginning at 9:00am.

EXPO SET UP:

Thursday, July 20, 2017 –  3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have large equipment and wish to load in first, please see a SURVIVORville representative upon arrival.  They will assist you with processing your load in before you pick up your information at the desk.

EXPO HOURS:
Friday, July 21, 7:00 pm – 3:15 pm
Saturday, July 22 7:00am- 3:15pm

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL VENDORS RECEIVE COMPLIMENTARY PASSES TO EVENING EVENTS DOWNTOWN.

GOODIE BAG INSERTION:
We welcome product samples or materials in the attendees’ goodie bags.
Goodie Bag insertion is $275
